Ian Shive, conservation photographer and author of the new book, THE NATIONAL PARK OUR AMERICAN LANDSCAPE will be in Santa Barbara this weekend, Friday, December 11th speaking at Santa Barbara Outfitters and signing at Barnes and Noble Saturday, December 12th, 2PM to sign his book. Shive has worked in a variety of media towards the cause of nature conservation, and as a devoted nature-lover myself, I appreciate his use of the creative arts toward such a noble goal. At the age of 31, Shive has already had a very prolific and varied career, and from the looks of it he’ll have a long career ahead of him as well.
